I wanted to thank you for allowing me to partake in your care for the past 2 years. Joining the Madison Eyes team has been a professionally exciting and personally fulfilling experience. I am writing to inform you that as of October 4, 2025 I will no longer be practicing at Madison Eyes as I pursue my professional goals of practice ownership. For the next weeks my availability will be extremely limited as I finish my professional obligations to the practice.
